This entry level technique class will have you leaving the studio with renewed confidence in your movement and a new dance repertoire to add to your performance. This class draws on Bobby’s 20 year performance history including: Burlesque, Musical Theater, Classical Dance Training, and Clowning.

This class is for EVERYONE:
For non-dancers drawn to move in the judgment free zone of Red Hots Pink Bubble
For the novice performer to expand their vocabulary and articulate their movement
For the experienced Showgirl & Showboy to refine and reawaken their technique

Class consists of; Warm up, across the floor, center exercises, and a short combination
Area of focus; balance, turns, jumps, and building your dance terminology

Music selection:
Bump and grind, jazz, Motown, and dash of showtunes

Open to all; skill levels, genders, and ages

Bobby Barnaby has been delighting audiences of all sorts for two decades solid! The scope of his performance history and teaching skills range from enticing late light night theater goers, to training the next generation of professional dancers at one of the oldest dance academies in San Francisco. Bobby’s love of dance and the stage have earned him awards and nominations for his work in dance, choreography and acting alike. A Former member of SF Boylesque and the Bohemian Brethren, the first Neo Male Burlesque review in the country.  Bobby has appeared on stages across the world, alongside some legendary performers.  Highlights include: the Vienna Boylesque Fest ’14 – which was the first male burlesque fest ever in Europe, the New York BOY-lesque Fest ’13 & ’15, The great Boston Burlesque Expo ’14 & ’13 (Judges Choice Award), Tease-O-Rama ’08 & ’12, the Windy City Burlesque Fest ’11 & ’14, The Colorado Burlesque Fest ’15, the Arizona Burlesque Fest ’14 & ’15, Edmonton Burlesque Fest ’15, America’s Got Talent TV Show. Bobby has Performed alongside many legendary performers such as; Satan’s Angel in her film Satan’s Angel-Queen of the fire tassels, Kellita, Kitten on the Keys, Jo Boobs, San Francisco’s own Sweethearts- the Devil-ettes and many others!
