Introduction to AERIAL w LULA APPLEBRUISE (class 2)

The CLASS
AERIAL HOOP (LYRA) 101
This class is for the absolute beginner. Students will learn the basics of various moves, ideal form and technique, and safety on the apparatus. They will start to develop the unique strength and flexibility required for aerial acrobatics.
Note: Students are encouraged to wear clothing that covers the backs of their knees and torso. Drop in classes are okay but class size is limited to 6 so without a reservation it is possible you will be turned away at the door.

The TEACHER
Lula Applebruise is a burlesque circus artiste located in San Francisco, CA.  This Classically trained ballerina and aerialist lives to create imaginative performances that are inspired by whimsical daydreams and nude illusions. BALLET SCHOOL DROP OUT WHO THEN RAN AWAY WITH THE CIRCUS.
