Blending dance stretches with traditional yoga asanas and breath work for a restorative and opening practice to end your busy week. Please bring your mat.

Rachel Jennine has an eclectic background in dance, yoga, and psychology. Weaving together aspects of all of these practices she helps to guide individuals in connecting with their true self to live happier and healthier lives.
Rachel has been practicing yoga for 15 years in Los Angeles and San Francisco, studying Hot Yoga, Bikram, Hatha, and Ashtanga. She holds a 200 hr. Ashtanga Vinyasa RYT and a 300 hr.
