This class will cover *lite movement warm up with a deeper stretch and covering these topics: Stop – Holding your energy and space within your movement and utilizing your breath to engage your next movement Drop –  transitions to get you to the floor gracefully and Roll – techniques including 3 floor rolls that will make anyone sizzle
